Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma folha de aço que tem excelentes propriedades de formação a frio e ductilidade de tratamento pós-aquecimento, e a um método de fabricação para a mesma. uma folha de aço de acordo com a presente invenção tem uma composição de componente que compreende, em termos de % em massa, 0,10 a 0,40% de c, 0,30 a 1,00% de si, 0,30 a 1,00% de mn, 0,001 a 0,10% de al, 0,0001 a 0,02% de p e 0,0001 a 0,01% de s, em que o restante é fe e impurezas inevitáveis. a folha de aço é caracterizada pelo fato de que a razão (b/a) entre o número (b) de carbonetos nos limites de grão de ferrita e o número (a) de carbonetos dentro dos grãos de ferrita é maior que 1, o diâmetro de grão de ferrita é 5 a 50 µm, o diâmetro médio de partícula dos carbonetos é 0,4 a 2,0 µm, a razão de área de superfície de perlita é 6% ou menos, e a dureza vickers é 120 a 170 hv.
