Abstract

a presente invenção fornece uma chapa de aço com excelente trabalhabilidade a frio durante a formação e um processo para produzir a chapa de aço. a chapa de aço de acordo com a presente invenção tem uma composição que contém, em termos de % em massa, 0,10 a 0,40% de c, 0,01 a 0,30% de si, 0,30 a 1,00% de mn, 0,0001 a 0,020% de p, 0,0001 a 0,010% de s e 0,001 a 0,10% de al, sendo que o restante compreende fe e impurezas inevitáveis, e é caracterizada pelo fato de que: (a) a razão entre o número de grãos de carboneto presentes nos limites de grão de ferrita e o número de grãos de carboneto presentes no interior do grão de ferrita excede 1, (b) os grãos de ferrita têm um diâmetro de 5 a 50 ¿m, (c) a anisotropia do valor r no plano |¿r| é 0,2 ou menos, (d) a dureza vickers é 100 a 150 hv, (e) na parte da chapa de aço que fica localizada a uma profundidade de 1/2 da espessura da chapa, a razão de intensidade aleatória entre a orientação <011> {311} é 3,0 ou menos.
