a invenção se refere a um método para realizar uma pluralidade de processos de síntese de preparação de um radiofármaco em série, método este que compreende realizar uma primeira execução de síntese compreendendo as etapas de: a) prover água contendo 18f; b) captar o 18f da água provida na etapa a) em um material de troca aniônica (18); c) eluir o 18f captado do material de troca aniônica (18) para um vaso de reação (58) do primeiro cassete de síntese de radiofármacos (50?); d) preparar um radiofármaco que incorpora o 18f eluído usando o primeiro cassete de síntese de radiofármacos (50?); em que as etapas a) a d) são repetidas em pelo menos uma execução subsequente usando um outro cassete de síntese de radiofármacos (50?; 50??); e em que o método compreende uma etapa de recondicionamento de dito material de troca aniônica (18) entre duas execuções consecutivas. outros aspectos da invenção se referem a um dispositivo para realizar esse método, e um cassete para uso no dispositivo.
