Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um glicosídeo de esteviol tendo a fórmula (i) em que pelo menos 3 frações de açúcar estão presentes na posição r1 e pelo menos três frações de açúcar estão presentes na posição r2 e em que o glicosídeo de esteviol compreende pelo menos sete frações de açúcar, todas as quais estão ligadas, direta ou indiretamente, à aglicona de esteviol por ligações ß.
