resumo da patente de invenã§ã£o para: âmicroorganismo para produãão de metionina com atividade de metionina sintase e efluxo de metionina aumentados.â o presente pedido estã¡ relacionado a um microrganismo recombinante otimizado para a produã§ã£o fermentativa de metionina e/ou seus derivados, em que o referido microrganismo recombinante, a atividade de metionina sintase dependente de cobalamina e o efluxo de metionina sã£o aumentados. o pedido estã¡ tambã©m relacionado com um mã©todo para otimizar a produã§ã£o fermentativa de metionina e/ou seus derivados, compreendendo as etapas de: a. cultura de um microrganismo recombinante, em que no referido microrganismo, a atividade de metionina sintase dependente de cobalamina e o efluxo de metionina sã£o aumentados, num meio de cultura apropriado compreendendo uma fonte de carbono fermentã¡vel e uma fonte de enxofre, e b. recuperaã§ã£o de metionina e/ou seus derivados a partir do meio de cultura.
