Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR SUBSTÂNCIA-ALVO ATRAVÉS DO PROCESSO DE FERMENTAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se à substância-alvo, que pode ser eficientemente produzida culturando, em um meio, uma bactéria corineforme em que a atividade de uma proteína PTS relacionada à absorção de frutose é reduzida ou perdida quando comparada com a cepa de origem, e a bactéria pode produzir a substância-alvo, possibilitando a substância-alvo se formar e se acumular em uma cultura; e coletando a substância-alvo da cultura
