Abstract
resumo método de síntese de proteínas é proporcionado um método de síntese de proteínas. o método de síntese de proteínas de acordo com a presente invenção utiliza um aparelho automático de purificação de material biológico incluindo: um kit de placa com poço, uma parte de aquecimento, e uma parte de aplicação de campo magnético, de modo que uma pluralidade de proteínas alvo pode ser mais rápida e simplesmente obtida quando comparado com proteínas alvo obtidas usando o método existente para expressar/purificar proteínas por meio de cultura de célula convencional, e uma eficiência de síntese reprodutível nas mesmas proteínas pode ser obtida devido a nenhum desvio entre os poços de reação.
