a presente invenção refere-se a um substrato matriz e um método de fabricação do mesmo, um painel de display flexível e um dispositivo de display. o substrato matriz inclui um substrato flexível (1) dividido em uma região de display (11) e uma região periférica (12), em que a região periférica (12) circunda a região de display (11). o substrato matriz inclui ainda: uma camada matriz e uma primeira camada de filme (4) formadas sequencialmente na região de display (11) no substrato flexível (1); uma pluralidade de circuitos integrados (2) e uma interface de placa de circuito impresso flexível (5) formada na região periférica (12) no substrato flexível (1); uma camada de filme protetor flexível (6) formada em uma junção da região periférica (12) e a primeira camada de filme (4) e em uma região da região periférica (12) diferente dos circuitos integrados (2) e da interface de placa de circuito impresso fle-xível (5) no substrato flexível.
