Abstract
resumo descreve-se um método cromatográfico de isolamento e purificação de albumina de soro humano recombinante de alta pureza, compreendendo: realização de cromatografia de troca catiônica em albumina de soro humano recombinante, adicionando o álcool a uma solução tampão para remover a endotoxina, de modo a obter um produto primário i. sob condições de ligação, a realização da cromatografia de troca em resina composta hidrofóbica/aniônica do produto primário i para obtenção do produto intermediário ii; realização de cromatografia hidrofóbica sobre o produto intermediário ii para obtenção do produto alvo, albumina de soro humano recombinante de alta pureza. a pureza da albumina do soro humano recombinante obtida por isolamento e purificação cromatográfica com o método da presente invenção é maior que 99,9999%, e o conteúdo da endotoxina satisfaz os critérios estabelecidos pela farmacopeia chinesa. 1/1
