resumo patente de invenção: "método de uso de alfa-amilase de talaromyces emersonii para sacarificação". a presente invenção refere-se a uma alfa-amilase fúngica de talaromyces emersonii (teamy1), juntamente com variantes da mesma. a teamy1 tem um ph ótimo de 3,5 e é operável sobre uma faixa de temperatura de ao menos 30 a 75°c, que permite que a enzima seja usada em combinação com uma glicoamilase em uma reação de sacarificação. isso elimina a necessidade de executar uma reação de sacarificação como um processo em batelada, em que o ph e a temperatura devem ser reajustados para um uso ótimo da alfa-amilase ou glicoamilase. a teamy1 também catalisa a sacarificação de substratos de amido para uma composição de oligossacarídeos significativamente enriquecida em dp2 e (dp1 + dp2) em comparação com os produtos de sacarificação catalisados por uma alfa-amilase de aspergillus kawachii. isto facilita a utilização da composição de oligossacarídeos por um organismo de fermentação em um processo de sacarificação e fermentação simultâneas, por exemplo. 1/1
