Abstract

ELEMENTO DE AÇO ALONGADO COMPREENDENDO UM REVESTIMENTO DE LIGA TERNÁRIA OU QUATERNÁRIA DE LATÃO E MÉTODO CORRESPONDENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de aço alongado adaptado para reforço de produtos de borracha que é coberto com um revestimento de liga ternária ou quaternária de cobre-M-zinco. O M sendo um ou dois metais selecionados do grupo consistindo em cobalto, níquel, estanho, índio, manganês, ferro, bismuto e molibdênio. O teor de cobre dentro dos revestimentos varia de 58 porcento em peso a 75 porcento em peso, os teores dos ditos um ou dois metais dentro dos revestimentos variam de 0,5 porcento em peso a 10 porcento em peso, o restante é zinco e impureza inevitável. O um ou dois metais estão presentes em todas as partes do revestimento. O fósforo está presente dentro e/ou sobre o revestimento em uma quantidade variando de 0,3 miligramas por metro quadrado a 1 miligrama por metro quadrado do revestimento. O revestimento adicionalmente necessita de resíduos de triazol. Bons resultados de adesão sob cura foram obtidos. Além disso, um método correspondente para a produção de um elemento de aço alongado é divulgado.
