Abstract

estrutura aerodinâmica de montagem traseira para corpos de carga de caminhão. esta invenção provê uma montagem aerodinâmica cônica traseira sendo dobrável/retrátil e não dobráveis/separável, para uso em corpos de trailer traseiro e outros veículos que acomodam portas giratórias dupolas. a montagem aerodinâmica inclui uma metade direita montada na porta direita e uma metade esquerda montada em uma porta esquerda. cada metade e construído com um painel lateral, painel superior e painel inferior, cada um formando metade de uma caixa cônica total quando separado na traseira do veículo, os painéis inferiores e os painéis superiores sendo unidos em um par de vedações de tempo sobrepostas ao longo da linha central. os painéis são relativamente delgados, mas duráveis, e são unidos entre si por articulações de fitas elásticas. o painel superior e o painel inferior são também articulados para formar duas seções ao longo de linhas diagonais de maneira a facilitar o dobramento de todos os painéis em uma orientação relativamente empilhada de perfil baixo. este perfil baixo permite que as portas sejam giradas em aproximadamente 270 graus para serem fixadas nas laterais do corpo de maneira que não interfira com portas ou corpos adjacentes, por exemplo, em docas de carga de multi-baias. uma montagem de braço de rotação e uma mola de gás influenciam os painéis para uma posição separada que pode ser redobrada o painel lateral e o girando para dentro na direção da superfície de porta. o painel superior e o painel inferior são parcialmente dobrados para dentro separados de maneira a definir depressões externas utilizando uma montagem de internação. isto assegura que os painéis sejam dobrados prontamente quando desejado sem que as duas seções dos painéis fiquem "travadas".
