Abstract
válvula de distribuição para bomba de concreto, bomba de concreto e método de controle da mesma e caminhão de bomba de concreto. uma válvula de distribuição para uma bomba de concreto, a bomba de concreto, um método de controle de mesma e um caminhão de bomba de concreto são fornecidos. em que, a válvula de distribuição compreende um corpo de válvula (200) e uma placa de resistência ao desgaste (300). o corpo de válvula (200) compreende um primeiro tubo de sucção (210) e um primeiro tubo de bombeamento (220), a extremidade traseira do primeiro tubo de sucção (210) é comunicado com uma saída (401) de um recipiente de material (400) de modo a comunicar o recipiente de material (400) e um cilindro de transporte. a extremidade traseira do primeiro tubo de bombeamento (220) está ligada de forma giratória com uma linha de entrega da bomba de concreto, de modo a comunicar o cilindro de transporte e a linha de entrega. o corpo da válvula (200) pode ser alternado entre um primeiro estado e um estado secundário sob a condução de um mecanismo de acionamento (500). no primeiro estado, pasta fluida de concreto é sugada para dentro do cilindro de transporte através do primeiro tubo de sucção (210), e no estado secundário, o cilindro de transporte bombeia a pasta fluida de concreto através do primeiro tubo de bombeamento (220). por causa da válvula de distribuição, a bomba de concreto pode empregar completamente a característica de autoescoamento de pasta fluida de concreto a fim de aumentar o desempenho de sucção da bomba de concreto. em média, enquanto, devido à válvula de distribuição ter uma maior capacidade de pressão permanente, a bomba de concreto pode fazer com que a pasta fluida de concreto tenha maior pressão através do cilindro de transporte, satisfazendo assim as necessidades de alta pressão de bombeamento da pasta fluida de concreto.
