Abstract
patente de invenção: "métodos para melhorar a eficiência de reações de fermentação e sacarificação simultâneas". a presente invenção é direcionada, em um primeiro aspecto, ao uso de enzimas de beta-xilosidade de inversão para reduzir a formação de subproduto e aumentar o rendimento de produtos de fermentação, e também, em um segundo aspecto, ao uso de enzimas beta-xilosidade de retenção para aumentar a produção de compostos de alquil-beta-xilopiranosídeos, em reações de sacarificação e fermentação simultâneas.
