Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE RESINAS DE POLIACETAL". Trata-se de uma composição de resinas de poliacetal de alta rigidez e igualmente excelente em termos de estabilidade dimensional e características de fluência ("creep"). Uma composição de resinas de poliacetal é preparada mediante mistura de (A) entre 99,9 e 90 partes por peso de uma resina de poliacetal linear com um índice de fusão de 1 até 50 g/min obtida mediante copolimerização de (a) 99,5 até 97,5% por peso de trioxano e (b) 0,5 até 2,5% por peso de um composto selecionado de entre um composto de éter cíclico monofuncional e um composto de formal cíclico monofuncional, com (B) entre 0,1 e 10 partes por peso de uma resina de poliacetal ramificado ou reticulado com um índice de fusão de 0,1 até 10 g/min obtida mediante copolimerização de (a) 99,49 até 95,0% por peso de trioxano, (b) 0,5 até 4,0% por peso de um composto selecionado de entre um composto de éter cíclico monofuncional e um composto de formal cíclico monofuncional, e (c) 0,01 até 1,0% por peso de um composto de éter glicidílico polifuncional com o número de grupos funcionais de 3 até 4, em que (A) e (B) são selecionadas de tal forma que o quociente entre o índice de fusão de (A) e o índice de fusão de (B) possa satisfazer a relação da seguinte fórmula: 0,02 <243> MI~ B~/MI~ A~ <243> 1,5 (1) (em que MI~ A~ é o índice de fusão de (A) e MI~ B~ é o índice de fusão de (B)).
