Abstract

"MATERIAIS DE MOLDAGEM DE POLIAMIDA TRANSPARENTE TENDO APERFEIçOADA TRANSPARêNCIA, RESISTêNCIA A PRODUTOS QUìMICOS E PERMANENTE ALTA RESISTêNCIA à FADIGA". A presente invenção se refere a materiais de moldagem de poliamida transparente, que são caracterizados por apresentar uma entalpia de fusão entre 0 e 12 J/g e as poliamidas são constituídas de: - 100% em mol de uma mistura de diamina tendo 10-70% em mol de PACM [bis-(4-amino-ciclohexil)-metanol, com menos de 50% em peso de isómero trans,trans e 90-30% era mol de MACM [bis-(4-amino-3-metil-ciclohexil)-metanol, em que, opcionalmente, 0-10% em mol pode ser substituído por outras diaminas alifáticas tendo de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono, diaminas ou multiaminas cicloalifáticas, cicloalifáticas substituídas por alquila, alifáticas ramificadas, tendo de 3 a 12 grupos amino ou misturas dos mesmos; e - 100% em mol de ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos de cadeia longa, tendo de 8 a 14 átomos de carbono, ou misturas desses ácidos dicarboxílicos, em que 0-10% em mol pode ser substituído por outros ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos ou cicloalifáticos tendo de 8 a 16 átomos de carbono, que são especialmente selecionados do grupo que consiste de ácido isoftálico, ácido tereftálico, ácido naftalenodicarboxílico, ácido ciclohexanodícarboxílico ou misturas dos mesmos e, em que, opcionalmente, 0-10% em mol de outras diaminas alifáticas de cadeia longa e 0-10% em mol de outros ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos de cadeia longa podem ser adicionados, como 0-20% em mol de ácidos <sym>aminocarboxílicos tendo de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono ou lactamas tendo de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono. Além disso, são fornecidos métodos para produção de materiais de moldagem de poliamida e métodos para produção e posterior tratamento de artigos moldados, a partir dos materiais de moldagem de poliamida. Especialmente, a presente invenção se refere a óculos e lentes que podem ser obtidos a partir dos materiais de moldagem de poliamida.
