Description
光学的外観に関して特に高い要求を伴う適用について、耐候性及びとりわけ耐化学薬品性に関して高い要求が課せられている。例として、車両内部空間におけるプラスチック部材が挙げられる。該部材は、とりわけ化粧品又は食品からの油又は水中油型もしくは油中水型エマルションと規則的に接触する。その際に特に問題となるのが、例えばサンクリーム、サンオイル又はローションである。特に、サンクリーム及びサンオイルは無機UV吸収剤に加えて著量の有機UV吸収剤も含有しており、これは多くのプラスチックにおいて応力亀裂を引き起こす。車両内部空間において使用されている大部分のプラスチックは、サンクリームに対する十分な長期安定性を示さず、また比較的長時間使用した際には光学的品質が損なわれる。
従来技術に鑑み、本発明の課題は、耐化学薬品性を有する透明なプラスチック表面の製造法を提供することであった。
以下で、括弧内の数字は図1及び図2に関連するものである。
1.)ポリアミドのカルボキシル末端基割合及び/又はアミノ末端基割合、有利にはアミノ末端基割合が、35mmol/kg未満である。
・成形材料を、250℃〜330℃の温度で押出機中で溶融させる工程、
・該成形材料を、290℃〜370℃の温度を有するダイリップ(2)を通じて押出機から排出する工程、
・該成形材料を、10μm〜10mmの厚さで、少なくとも1のロール又は少なくとも1のベルトにより引き取る工程、
・該成形材料をさらに送り、その際に冷却する工程。
含水率をカールフィッシャー(Karl-Fischer)法により測定した。末端基の測定を滴定により行う。
ポリアミドフィルムの製造を、自体公知の方法、例えばフラットフィルム押出、インフレートフィルム押出のような幅広スロットダイによる押出、又は溶液流延により行う。
Claims (10)
- ポリアミド成形材料から押出成形によりポリアミドフィルム又はポリアミド成形体を製造するための方法において、該ポリアミドが、実質的に、芳香族、脂肪族又は脂環式ジカルボン酸と脂環式ジアミンとから製造されたものであり、かつ、35mmol/kg未満のカルボキシル末端基割合及び/又はアミノ末端基割合を有しており、かつ、ダイボディとダイリップとからなるフィルムダイの一範囲が、押出工具の出口範囲で、該ダイボディよりも10℃〜100℃高い温度を有していることを特徴とする方法。
- ポリアミドが、実質的に、脂肪族又は脂環式ジカルボン酸と脂環式ジアミンとから製造されたものであり、かつ、35mmol/kg未満のカルボキシル末端基割合及び/又はアミノ末端基割合を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリアミドが、実質的に、芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂環式ジアミンとから製造されたものであり、かつ、35mmol/kg未満のカルボキシル末端基割合及び/又はアミノ末端基割合を有している、請求項1記載の方法。
- ポリアミドが、脂肪族又は脂環式ジカルボン酸と脂環式ジアミンとから製造されたものであり、かつ、35mmol/kg未満のアミノ末端基割合を有している、請求項2記載の方法。
- ポリアミドが、芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂環式ジアミンとから製造されたものであり、かつ、35mmol/kg未満のアミノ末端基割合を有している、請求項3記載の方法。
- 押出機のダイ出口での圧力が、溶融物中の全揮発性成分が完全に溶解するほどの高さである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 10℃〜100℃高い温度を有するフィルムダイの範囲がダイリップであり、かつ、該ダイリップの温度がダイボディの温度よりも10℃〜100℃高い、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ダイボディが250℃〜330℃の温度を有しており、かつダイリップが290℃〜370℃の温度を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリアミド成形材料が0.1質量%の最大含水率を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 以下のプロセス工程:
・成形材料を、250℃〜330℃の温度で押出機中で溶融させる工程、
・該成形材料を、290℃〜370℃の温度を有するダイリップを通じて押出機から排出する工程、
・該成形材料を、10μm〜10mmの厚さで、少なくとも1のロール又は少なくとも1のベルトにより引き取る工程、
・該成形材料をさらに送り、その際に冷却する工程
を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
