Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA ELETRODEPOSIçãO DE FOLHAS, REVESTIMENTOS E MICROCOMPONENTES METáLICOS E COMPóSITOS DE MATRIZES METáLICAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para formação de revestimentos ou depósitos auto-sustentáveis de metais, ligas metálicas ou compósitos de matrizes metálicos nanocristalinos. O processo emprega processos de deposição em tambor ou de deposição seletiva, envolvendo a posição do eletrodo de pulso e um anodo ou catodo não estacionário. Novos compósitos de matrizes metálicas e microcomponentes nanocristalinos são descritos também. Também é descrito um processo para formação de microcomponentes com tamanhos de grão abaixo de 1.000 nm.
