Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE áCIDOS (MET)ACRìLICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de ácido (met)acrílico ou ésteres (met)acrílicos, que compreende uma etapa de reação compreendendo a oxidação catalítica da fase de vapor do propileno, propano ou isobutileno, e, se necessário, uma etapa de reação compreendendo uma etapa de esterificação, caracterizado pelo fato de que no momento quando uma mistura de alta ebulição (a seguir citada como um material de alta ebulição) contendo um produto de adição Michael, é decomposta em um reator de decomposição para recuperar ácidos (met)acrílicos, enquanto forçosamente causando um fluxo de líquido na direção circunferencial para um resíduo de reação líquido no reator de decomposição, o resíduo de reação líquido é descarregado. Em um processo para recuperar uma substância valiosa decompondo termicamente o material de alta ebulição contendo o produto de adição Michael dos ácidos (met)acrílicos, é possível transferir o resíduo da decomposição do reator de decomposição para o tanque de armazenamento sem o entupimento, por meio disso uma operação contínua a longo prazo é possível.
