Abstract
"BRAçO OSCILANTE DE CHAPA DE METAL E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção refere-se a um braço oscilante de chapa de metal formado pelas etapas de perfuração-prensagem de uma chapa de elemento de metal a fim de formar uma peça bruta tendo um formato predeterminado e um furo atravessante, de sujeição da peça bruta a um processo de curvatura com base na prensagem para formar um par de seções de paredes laterais substancialmente paralelas e uma seção de conexão para conectar as bordas no sentido da largura de ambas as seções de paredes laterais e formar pelo menos um par de furos circulares em ambas as seções de paredes laterais em localizações em alinhamento, de deformação do meio da seção de conexão na direção da espessura para formar uma porção de encaixe em um lado da seção de conexão de modo que a porção de encaixe seja rebaixada da outra porção da seção de conexão e de formação, no outro lado da seção de conexão, de uma seção de abaulamento, trapezoidal em seção transversal, que se projeta em uma forma de banqueta à medida que a porção de encaixe é formada, pelo que as bordas no sentido da largura do meio da seção de abaulamento correspondendo à borda de topo da forma trapezoidal existem no sentido da largura no interior de ambas as bordas no sentido da largura da porção de encaixe.
