Abstract
"CONEXãO EM REBITE TUBULAR ENTRE DUAS L MINAS DE METAL E MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DA MESMA". A invenção refere-se a uma conexão em rebite tubular entre pelo menos uma primeira (1) e uma segunda lâminas metálicas (2). De acordo com a invenção, o rebite tubular (3) se constitui de um metal da primeira lâmina metálica (1), por meio de deformação, em uma direção de arraste (Z), da área de borda de um primeiro orifício (3) localizada na primeira lâmina metálica (1) em um segundo orifício maior (5), localizado na segunda lâmina metálica (2), fato pelo qual o segundo orifício (5), localizado na segunda lâmina metálica (2), em particular, é aumentado com relação a seu diâmetro na direção de arraste (Z). A invenção provê que o rebite tubular (3) seja mais curto em comprimento na direção de arraste (Z), do que a espessura da segunda lâmina metálica (2). Para este fim, a tolerância de espessura de lâminas metálicas comercialmente disponíveis é levada em consideração e os danos nas ferramentas e/ou a formação de lascas e/são impedidos. Com relação ao método para produção de uma conexão em rebite tubular deste tipo, a invenção provê que a segunda lâmina metálica (2) fique suportada por uma matriz, a qual possui um diâmetro aproximadamente correspondente ao diâmetro do orifício (5) na segunda lâmina metálica (2).
