Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE DECOTOS DE CASCAS DE VITIS LABRUSCA E VITIS VINIFERA". Processo de obtenção de extratos hidro-alcoólico e hidro-alcoólico-aceto de etila a partir dos decotos; Composições farmacêuticas contendo o decoto e os ditos extratos e uso terapêutico das composições na prevenção e no tratamento da hipertensão arterial e outras doenças cardiovasculares os decotos assim como os extratos, quando aplicados cronicamente pela via oral, reduziram significativamente a pressão arterial de ratos com hipertensão espontânea, hipertensão induzida pelo tratamento com DOCA pela via subcutânea e soro fisiológico pela via oral e ainda em animais com hipertensão arterial induzida pela inibição crónica da síntese de óxido nítrico, com o uso crónico de um análogo da L-arginina isto é o L-NAME. Com os decotos e com os extratos foram preparadas cápsulas gelatinosas contendo os respectivos decotos e extratos.
