Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA LIMPAR E PARA REVESTIR UMA SUPERFìCIE ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTORA, CONJUNTO DE ANODO, E, APARELHO PARA LIMPAR E/OU REVESTIR UMA SUPERFìCIE ELETRICAMENTE CONDUTORA". Um processo para limpar uma superficie eletricamente condutora 3 arranjando para a superfície formar o catodo de uma célula eletrolítica na qual o anodo 1 é mantido em uma voltagem acima de 30 V e uma descarga de arco elétrico (eletro-plasma) é estabelecida na superfície da peça de trabalho por meio de ajustamento adequado dos parâmetros operacionais, caracterizado pelo fato do espaço de operação entre o anodo e o catodo ser preenchido com um meio eletricamente condutor que consiste de uma espuma 9 que compreende uma fase gás/vapor e uma fase líquida. O processo pode ser adaptado para simultaneamente revestir a superfície metálica incluindo íons de espécies requeridas para formar o revestimento no meio eletricamente condutor. Aparelho para realizar o processo também é divulgado, e em particular, um conjunto de anodo 1 que compreende uma placa de anodo perfurada 2 que está em comunicação com uma camada 4 adaptada para receber um escoamento de um eletrólito líquido, dispositivo para fomecer o eletrólito líquido para dita câmara e dispositivo 7 para converter o eletrólito líquido recebido em dita câmara em uma espuma.
