Abstract

"CITOCROMO P450 MONOOXIGENASE, SEQuêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, CONSTRUCTO DE EXPRESSãO, VETOR, MICROORGANISMO RECOMBINANTE, PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO MICROBIOLóGICA DE UM COMPOSTO AROMáTICO MONO OU POLINUCLEAR N- OU S-HETEROCìCLICO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO MICROBIOLóGICA DE INDIGO E/OU INDIRUBIN, BIORREATOR, USO DE UMA CITOCROMO P450 MONOOXIGENASE, DE UM VETOR, OU DE UM MICROORGANISMO, E, USO DE UM MICROORGANISMO QUE PRODUZ CITOCROMO P450 OXIDANTE DE INDOL". A invenção refere-se às novas citocromo P450 monooxigenases compreendendo uma especificidade de substrato modificada, às seq³ências de nucleotídeos que codificam as mesmas, aos vetores e constructos de expressão contendo estas seq³ências, e aos microorganismos transformados com as mesmas. A invenção também se refere aos métodos para oxidar microbiologicamente diferentes substratos orgânicos, tais como métodos para produzir indigo e indirubina.
