Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROTEìNAS DE FUSãO DE GLICOSE DESHIDROGENASE E USO DAS MESMAS EM SISTEMAS DE EXPRESSãO". A invenção refere-se a novas proteínas de fusão recombinantes contendo uma seq³ência de proteína tendo a atividade biológica de glicose deshidrogenase como um de seus constituintes e a sua utilização para simples e eficiente deteção de qualquer tipo de proteínas / polipeptídeos em géis SDS-PAGE e para rápida otimização de sistemas de expressão que podem expressar as proteínas 1 polipeptídeos mencionadas acima.
