Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CARTãO COM CHIP HìBRIDO CONTATO - SEM CONTATO COM UM SUPORTE DE ANTENA FEITO DE MATERIAL FIBROSO TAL COMO O PAPEL". A presente invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de um cartão com chip híbrido contato - sem contato e mais especialmente a um processo de fabricação de um cartão com chip híbrido contato - sem contato do qual a antena (28) está sobre um suporte feito de material fibroso tal como o papel. Esse processo compreende uma etapa de realização da antena por serigrafia sobre o suporte, uma etapa de laminação dos corpos de cartão por prensagem a quente sobre o suporte da antena, uma etapa de fresagem de uma cavidade no corpo de cartão oposto à face do suporte que leva a serigrafia que permite alojar um módulo constituído por um chip (42) e por um circuito de dupla face e uma etapa de inserção do módulo no cartão. Recortes realizados nos cantos do suporte da antena antes da etapa de laminação permitem uma soldadura dos corpos de cartão entre si. O cartão assim obtido permite visualizar a posteriori os maus tratamentos mecânicos que lhe são infligidos (flexões extremas).
