Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CATALISADORES DE METAL DE TRANSIçãO E PRODUçãO DE ALFA-OLEFINAS E POLìMEROS DE COMPOSTOS DE VINILA"<D>. Trata-se de um catalisador que compreende (a) um complexo de metal de transição do Grupo 8 a 10 da Tabela Periódica, (b) uma argila, mineral de argila ou composto disposto em camadas passível de troca iónica, (c) um composto de amina ou seu aduto com ácido de Bronsted; um catalisador que compreende (a) um complexo de quelato de metal de transição do Grupo 4 a 6 da Tabela Periódica ou um complexo de metal de transição do Grupo 8 a 10 da Tabela Periódica, (b) uma argila, mineral de argila ou composto disposto em camadas passível de troca iónica, e (c) um sal de amónio quaternário; e um catalisador que compreende (a) um complexo de metal de transição do Grupo 4 a 6 da Tabela Periódica ou um complexo de metal de transição do Grupo 8 a 10 da Tabela Periódica e um componente de co-catalisador produzido ao se contatar (b) argila, mineral de argila ou composto disposto em camadas passível de troca iónica, (c) um composto de amina, seu aduto com ácido de Bronsted ou um sal de amónio quaternário, e (d) um composto de organossilano. Uma vez que esses catalisadores apresentam alta atividade de oligomerização de etileno, as <244>-olefinas podem ser eficientemente produzidas com baixos custos de etileno. Ao usar os catalisadores, as <244>-olefinas lineares terminadas em vinila (oligómeros) com um peso molecular de 10000 ou menos ou poliolefinas com peso molecular excedente a 10000 podem ser também produzidas eficientemente com baixos custos.
