Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"ELEMENTO SENSOR PARA A DETERMINAçãO DA CONCENTRAçãO DE OXIGêNIO EM MISTURAS DE GáS E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO"<D>. é sugerido um elemento sensor para a determinação da concentração de componentes de gás em misturas de gás, em particular, para a determinação da concentração de oxigênio em gases de combustão de motores de combustão interna. Ele contém uma célula de bombeamento que bombeia oxigênio para dentro ou para fora de um espaço de gás de medição, bem como, uma célula de concentração com um eletrodo de referência disposto, em essência, em um canal de gás de referência, e um eletrodo de medição. O espaço de gás de medição e o canal de gás de referência encontram-se no mesmo plano de camada do elemento sensor e estão separados um do outro por uma parede divisória que, é produzida por meio de aplicação de uma pasta de cerâmica aplicada sobre uma folha de eletrólito sólido adjacente.
