Abstract

"ARAME DE LIGA RESISTENTE AO CALOR" Arame de liga à base de Ni ou à base de Ni-Co resistente ao calor, que compreende, em % em peso, 0,01 a 0,40% de C, 5,0 a 25,0% de Cr e 0,2 a 8,0% de Al, e também compreende pelo menos um elemento selecionado entre 1,0 a 18,0% de Mo, 0,5 a 15,0% de W, 0,5 a 5,0% de Nb, 1,0 a 10,0% de Ta, 0,1 a 5,0% de Ti e 0,001 a 0,05% de B, e compreende, além disso, pelo menos um elemento selecionado entre 3,0 e 20,0% de Fe e 1,0% a 30,0% de Co, o restante sendo principalmente Ni e impurezas inevitáveis, que tem uma resistência à tração de 1.400 N/mm², ou acima, e menos de 1.800 N/mm², um diâmetro de grão de cristal médio em seção transversal de 5 Ám, ou acima, e menos de 50 Ám, e uma razão de aspecto média (razão de diâmetro longo/diâmetro curto) dos grãos de cristais em sua seção transversal de 1,2 a 10. O arame de liga tem excelente resistência ao endurecimento a alta temperatura, que é criticamente importante para um material de mola, mesmo em uma região de alta temperatura de 600°C a 700°C.
