Abstract

"SISTEMAS PARA PRé-AJUSTAR AS FERRAMENTAS DE CORTE DE UMA MáQUINA DE CORTE PARA TUBOS OU EIXOS E MéTODO PARA PRé-AJUSTAR AS FERRAMENTAS DE CORTE DE UMA MáQUINA DE CORTE PARA TUBOS OU EIXOS", a invenção relaciona-se a um sistema para pré-ajustar ferramentas de corte de uma máquina de corte para tubos ou eixos. Um cassete de ferramenta de corte (1) associado a uma cabeça rotativa de corte (11) é removido da cabeça de corte e montado e alinhado num bastidor de pré-ajuste separado (12), que é provido de meios de fixação e centragem (13) para um tubo ou eixo (14), e com uma superfície de referência (15) que possui uma posição pré-determinada relativa à posição de uma ferramenta (8, 9) presente na cabeça de corte (11) e operando uma roda de corte (4). O cassete (1) instalado no bastidor de pré-ajuste (12) possui um dispositivo ajustador (5, 6) ajustado pór meio de superfície de referência de tal forma que a roda de corte (4) seja ajustada a uma distância de usinagem inicial desejada da superfície do tubo ou do eixo (14).
