Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FIOS OU FIBRAS MULTISSEGMENTADAS BEM COMO DE FIOS OU FIBRAS DELES RESULTANTES E SUPERFìCIES TêXTEIS"<D>. A presente invenção tem como objetivo um processo para a produção de fios ou fibras multissegmentados e/ou estruturas compostas, bem como fios ou fibras deles obtidos, e uma superfície têxtil. O processo, o qual é caracterizado pelo fato de que consiste em conduzir o material de polímero ou os materiais de polímero (1, 1'), sob condições reológicas adaptadas, a um bocal de fiação (2), então extrudar este polímero ou estes polímeros através de aberturas de fiação de seda ou de extrusão (O~ n~, O~ m~), as quais são dispostas separadas uma da outra, mas em um agrupamento ou em vários agrupamentos (G), a fim de formar um grupo ou vários grupos de pelo menos dois fios elementares (3, 3'), e, então, destes, através de contato de adesão, reunir os diferentes fios elementares (3, 3') que emanam de cada agrupamento (G) das aberturas em um fio (4) com seção transversal multissegmentada por agrupamento(G) com mistura de fases limitada ou inexistente, e, finalmente, consolidar e esticar os fios resultantes (4) antes de eles serem aduzidos a seu processamento posterior e/ou ao tratamento, especialmente para a finalidade da produção de, por exemplo, fios, bobinas de fios, cabos ou velos não-tecidos por via direta.
