本发明提供了一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)涤纶切片抽丝制成棉花状短纤维;2)经过清花打卷成粗纱、进一步抽成细纱;3)细纱加捻合股制成本白色缝纫线纱线胚纱;4)配色染色及后处理;5)烘干及分装成型,制成涤纶缝纫线;6)制备抗静电涤纶缝纫线,将涤纶缝纫线置于介质阻挡放电连续处理装置中,使用氩气进行等离子体处理,制得抗静电涤纶缝纫线。本发明的抗静电涤纶缝纫线制备方法,制得的涤纶缝纫线,具有良好的抗静电性。

一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
涤纶缝纫线是指以涤纶为原材料生产的缝纫用线。涤纶是一类聚合物经纺丝而制成的纤维,多指以苯二甲酸乙二酯为原料生产的纤维,按其原料的英文名“polyethyleneterephthalate”缩写,简称“PET”纤维。缝纫线即为针织衣物制品所需的线,缝纫线按原料可分为天然纤维、合成纤维缝纫线及混合缝纫线三大类。缝纫线用纯涤纶纤维作为其原料比较多。
常规的涤纶缝纫线存在着抗静电不好的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法。
本发明的抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)涤纶切片抽丝制成棉花状短纤维;
2)经过清花打卷成粗纱、进一步抽成细纱;
3)细纱加捻合股制成本白色缝纫线纱线胚纱;
4)配色染色及后处理;
5)烘干及分装成型,制成涤纶缝纫线;
6)制备抗静电涤纶缝纫线,将涤纶缝纫线置于介质阻挡放电连续处理装置中, 使用氩气进行等离子体处理,制得抗静电涤纶缝纫线。
所述的步骤6)中等离子体处理的时间为100-600s。
本发明的抗静电涤纶缝纫线制备方法,制得的涤纶缝纫线,具有良好的抗静电性。

实施例1
本发明的抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)涤纶切片抽丝制成棉花状短纤维;
2)经过清花打卷成粗纱、进一步抽成细纱;
3)细纱加捻合股制成本白色缝纫线纱线胚纱;
4)配色染色及后处理;
5)烘干及分装成型,制成涤纶缝纫线;
6)制备抗静电涤纶缝纫线,将涤纶缝纫线置于介质阻挡放电连续处理装置中, 使用氩气进行等离子体处理,制得抗静电涤纶缝纫线。
所述的步骤6)中等离子体处理的时间为100s。

1.一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)涤纶切片抽丝制成棉花状短纤维;
2)经过清花打卷成粗纱,进一步抽成细纱;
3)细纱加捻合股制成本白色缝纫线纱线胚纱;
4)配色染色及后处理;
5)烘干及分装成型,制成涤纶缝纫线;
6)制备抗静电涤纶缝纫线,将涤纶缝纫线置于介质阻挡放电连续处理装置中, 使用氩气进行等离子体处理,制得抗静电涤纶缝纫线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电涤纶缝纫线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤6)中等离子体处理的时间为100-600s。
