Abstract
Методът е предназначен за направата на гранули, изградени от сърцевина и обвивка от различни материали, за предпочитане сяра, карбамид, амониеви соли, техни смеси с органични или неорганични добавки и други. Чрез него се избягва агломерацията на частиците и се извършва висококачествена гранулация при тесен интервал на разпределение на размера на получените гранули. По метода се изготвят гранули, изградени от сърцевина и обвивка, като слой от твърди частици с определена зърнометрия се поддържат във флуидизирано състояние, така че в слоя да се впръсква равномерно течен материал под формата на стопилка или разтвор за изграждане на обвивката. Течният материал се подава под налягане до желания размер на капките, като пръскачката има приспособление за подаване на спомагателен газ, вдухван в системата с такава скорост, че се образува коническа струя от капчици с ъгъл при върха, не по-малък от 200. Флуидизираният слой има височина н и повърхност s, при което условията за поддържането на процеса са такива, че н не превишава s. 2 претенции
