Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a grnulelor formate dintr-un miez si un învelis, conform inventiei, permite reducerea consumului de energie sievitarea producerii de aglomerari ale particuelor si consta în utilizarea unor pulverizatoare hidraulice si prin care materialul lichid este pulverizat la presiune hidraulica pîna la o dimensiune dorita a picaturilor, fiecare orificiu al pulverizatorului fiind înconjurat de o deschidere, coaxiala, inelara si convergenta prin care se trece gaz auxiliar la o astfel de viteza de iesire pe verticala, încît curentul conic de picaturi care iese din pilverizator este îngustat de catre curentul de gaz auxiliar pîna ajunge sub forma unui curent conic de picaturi, avînd un unghi de varf sub 20 degree , într-o astfel de cantitate, încît deasupra se formeaza de catre gazul auxiliar o cavitate de faza fluidizata diluata amplasata integral în patul fluidizat.
