Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до химични състави, включващи една или повече дозирани единици, които се приемат орално, като всяка от тях се състои от съединение, селективен инхибитор на циклооксигеназа-2 със слаба водоразтворимост в терапевтично ефективниколичества. Съставите се използват при лечение или профилактика на състояния и заболявания,медиирани от циклооксигеназа-2 и имат бърз терапевтичен ефект. Изобретението се отнася също до новикристални форми на целекоксиб - форма I и II. Те имат уникални химични и физични свойства, отнасящисе до други форми на твърдо състояние на целекоксиб, и се характеризират чрез прахова дифрактограмас рентгенови лъчи, с диференциални сканиращи калориметрични термограми и с други физични характеристики.
