Abstract

Procédé qui consiste à estérifier un 2-halo-1-méthyl-lumilysergol de formule dans laquelle X représente un atome de chlore, de brome ou d'iode ou son sel d'addition avec un acide et, éventuellement à convertir le dérivé de 2-halonicergoline ainsi obtenu en un sel d'addition avec un acide. Les composés de l'invention améliorent la fonction cognitive du cerveau et montrent une action antihypoxique, une action bloquante alpha-adrénergique et une action d'antagonisme au calcium. Applications pharmaceutiques.
