Claims (8)

  1. : Patentansprüche 1. Ergolinderivat der allgemeinen Formel (I)
    worin bedeuten: R1 ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe, R- ein Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatom oder eine Methylgruppe, R.J ein Wasserstoff atom oder eine Methoxygruppe, R. eine Kohlenwasserstoff gruppe, mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen^ und W jeweils unabhängig voneinander ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe, ein Chloratom oder eine Methoxygruppe, und η = 0, 1 oder 2, und die pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze derselben.
  2. 2. Ergolinderivat gemäß der allgemeinen Formel (I), welches darstellt:
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-methylergolin-8ßcarboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-1,6-dimethylergolin-8ß-carboxamid,
    N-(4'-Pyrimidyl)-6-methylergolin-8ß-carboxamid, N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-2,6-dimethylergolin-8ß-carboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-propylergolin-8ß-carboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-allylergolin-8ßcarboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-isopropylergolin-8ß-carboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-1-methyl-6-allylergolin-8ß-carboxamid,
    N-(4'-Pyrimidyl)-1O-methoxy-ö-methylergolin-eßcarboxamid,
    N-(2',6'-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-methylergolin-8bC-carboxamid,
    N-(2 ' ,6 '-Dimethyl-4'-pyrimidyl)-6-propylergolin-806-
    carboxamid, ·
    2-(6-Methylergolinyl-8ß)-N-2',6'-dimethyl-4'-pyrimidinyl-acetamid,
    3-(6-Methylergolinyl-8ß)-N-2,·,6'-dimethy1-4'-pyrimidinyl-propionamid.
  3. 3. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ergolinderivaten der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Umsetzung eines in einem Lösungsmittel gelösten aktivierten Esters einer Ergolin-8-carbohsäure der allgemeinen Formel (II)

    - , R2 / Ro / R 4 unc^ n ^e ^m AnsPrucn 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, mit einem 4-Amino-pyrimidin der Formel (III) ■

    worin X und W die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben.
  4. 4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Lösungsmittel Tetrahydrofuran, Dimethylformamid oder Dioxan ist.
  5. 5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte aktivierte Ester hergestellt wird durch Umsetzung einer Ergolin-8-carbonsäure der Formel (II), wie dies definiert ist, mit 1-Hydroxybenzotriazol in Gegenwart von N,N1-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid in Tetrahydrofuran unter Rückfluß für eine Dauer von 2 bis 5 Stunden.
  6. 6. Verfahren gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktion bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis 1000C 24 bis 48 Stunden lang durchgeführt wird.
  7. 7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren im wesentlichen wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben durchgeführt wird.
  8. 8. Pharmazeutische Zubereitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eine therapeutisch wirksame Menge einer Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 zusammen mit einem pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Verdünnungsmittel oder Träger zur oralen oder parenteralen Verabreichung enthält.
