Abstract
Una golosina impregnada de chocolate que incluye una base de repostería suficientemente impregnada con chocolate y que satisface los requisitos de la textura alimenticia liviana (crocante) intrínseca de la base de repostería como así también un sabor sutil de chocolate (sabor de chocolate) y una textura suave que se derrite en la boca intrínseca del chocolate. La golosina impregnada de chocolate (10) incluye una oblea texturada (11) como base de repostería y chocolate (12) infiltrado en la oblea texturada (11). El chocolate está presente con un porcentaje de entre 77 y 85% en peso basado en el peso total de la golosina.
