Abstract
Aceite que comprende (i) al menos un 30% en peso of de uno o más ácidos grasos poliinsaturados con al menos 4 enlaces dobles; (ii) al menos un primer antioxidante; y (iii) menos de 1000 ppm de lecitina. El aceite puede comprender menos de 750 ppm aproximadamente de un segundo antioxidante seleccionado entre derivados de ácido ascórbico.
