Abstract

Método para transferir una cantidad de analitos, como por ejemplo microorganismos, anticuerpos/antígenos, sustancias con acción antimicrobiana, nucleótidos, antibióticos, hormonas, secuencias de ADN, enzimas, material orgánico, material biológico o material de origen biológico, suplementos para enriquecer terrenos o suplementos selectivos para tierras de cultivo, que comprende por lo menos las etapas de: preparar una mezcla sustancialmente homogénea de una cantidad inicial predeterminada de por lo menos un analito y un líquido, obtener un valor de concentración o cantidad conocida del analito en la mezcla; introducir en la mezcla por lo menos una porción para la recolección (3) de un dispositivo de muestreo (1) con un cuerpo de soporte (2), donde la porción para la recolección (3) comprende una primera porción (2a) del cuerpo de soporte (2) y una pluralidad de fibras (6) unidas a la primera porción (2a) del cuerpo de soporte (2) y dispuestas sobre dicha porción por medio de flocado, para definir una porción flocada para la recolección (3) o una almohadilla flocada, por ejemplo para recolectar una parte de la mezcla sobre dicha porción para la recolección (3); y extraer de la mezcla la porción para la recolección (3) del dispositivo de muestreo (1), reteniendo sobre la porción de muestreo (3) una cantidad predeterminada conocida de la mezcla que se desea transferir.
