Abstract

Un dispositivo para montar, en un motor, un filtro de aire para motor que comprende un cuerpo de cubierta de filtro (10) que tiene una abertura de succion (50) que se comunica con el aire exterior y una abertura de descarga (16) que se comunica con un puerto de toma de aire (Ep) de un motor (E), y una unidad de elemento de filtro (Ue) para filtrar el aire exterior succionado por medio de la abertura de succion (50), estando la unidad de elemento de filtro (Ue) alojada dentro del cuerpo de cubierta de filtro (10), con la característica de que el filtro de aire (AC) está dispuesto de manera tal de estar lado a lado con un lado del motor (E); una parte inferior del cuerpo de cubierta de filtro (10) que forma una carcasa exterior del filtro de aire (AC) está unida íntegramente a, y sostenida sobre, el motor (E) junto con un carburador (4) por medio de un par de miembros aseguradores (22; 23); y una porcion de pared vertical de refuerzo (37) del cuerpo de cubierta de filtro (10) de cara al motor (E) a través de una separacion, está unida íntegramente a, y sostenida sobre, el motor (E) por medio de otro miembro asegurador (24).
