Abstract
Se provee un modulo de diodo emisor de luz (ôLEDö) con características térmicas mejoradas El modulo incluye un LED, una primera tarjeta de circuito, una segunda tarjeta de circuito, un aislador inferior, un aislador superior, un contacto inferior, los contactos superiores, y un disipador de calor.
