Abstract

Предложен модуль светоизлучающего диода (СИД) с улучшенными тепловыми характеристиками. Модуль включает в себя СИД, первую монтажную плату, вторую монтажную плату, нижний диэлектрик, верхний диэлектрик, нижний контакт, верхние контакты и теплоотвод. Предпочтительно теплоотвод содержит внешний кожух и контактное кольцо. СИД и теплоотвод прикреплены к первой монтажной плате с помощью припоя. В дополнение к тому, что она служит в качестве подложки для СИД, первая монтажная плата (которая содержит множество теплопроводящих слоев, соединенных переходными отверстиями) облегчает передачу тепла от СИД к теплоотводу.
