Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管、一用于安装该发光二极管的灯座及置于该灯座内且与该发光二极管电性连接的一电路板,该灯座截面呈U形,其包括一基台及连接基台的一侧壁,所述发光二极管安装于基台上,该灯座的侧壁向外延伸形成若干鳍片,每一鳍片从侧壁的外表面向外分叉形成若干分支。该种发光二极体灯具的灯座的外表面上形成若干向外分叉的鳍片能有效地增大灯座的散热面积,从而提高该灯具的散热性能,使该灯具的寿命得到有效延长。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明是涉及一种灯具,特别是涉及一种具有散热装置以对其进行散热的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(LED,Light-emitting Diode)作为发光源由于具有高效益的特性,而在汽车、交通信号灯指示、屏幕显示,甚至照明等领域得到广泛应用。其作为照明工具,与白炽灯、荧光灯相比,节电效率可以达到90%以上。LED灯具可望在二十一世纪内取代钨丝灯和水银灯,成为兼具省电和环保概念的新照明光源。
随着应用需求的发展,高功率LED灯具有很多技术障碍需要克服,特别是在超高功率LED灯具的散热方面的问题。因为作为固体光源本身的一个特点,LED在工作时也将发出热量,而随着LED的功率不断增高,其散发的热量也大幅提升,它所发出的热量能否及时导出或散发出去,已成为影响LED发光品质与寿命的关键因素,严重影响其发光亮度及使用寿命。而现有的用于对LED灯具散热的散热装置已经面临诸如散热面积不够等瓶颈问题,使散热性能无法得到进一步提高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种提高散热面积而使其具有良好散热功能的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管、一用于安装该发光二极管的灯座及置于该灯座内且与该发光二极管电性连接的一电路板,该灯座截面呈U形,其包括一基台及连接基台的一侧壁,所述发光二极管安装于基台上,该灯座的侧壁向外延伸形成若干鳍片,每一鳍片从侧壁的外表面向外分叉形成若干分支。
与现有的发光二极体灯具相比,本发明的灯座的外表面上形成若干向外分叉的鳍片,能有效地增大灯座的散热面积,将发光二极管发出的热量传递出去,使发光二极管灯具的寿命得到有效提高。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,该发光二极管灯具包括灯座10、灯头20、发光二极管30、电路板40、固定架50、反光杯60及灯罩70。
请同时参阅图3及图4,该灯座10由铝或铝合金制成,也可由导热性能较高的材料如铜、不锈钢等制成。灯座10包括一侧壁11,该侧壁11整体呈圆台形,自下端向上端其外径略有增大。侧壁11上端中央开口,下端中央形成一基台102将该侧壁11下端封闭,其截面大致呈U形。该基台102的中央向上略微凸起形成一凸块107,发光二极管30即安装在该凸块107上。该基台102的底面于对应该凸块107位置形成一凹陷(未标示),该凹陷起到灯座10成型时方便脱模的作用。基台102于凸块107四周形成有通孔103、104、105、106,其中通孔103、104沿凸块107对称设置,通孔105、106亦沿凸块107对称设置。侧壁11的内壁靠近基台102的位置处向内延伸形成两个对称设置的定位块109,这些定位块109呈长条形,并大致与通孔103、104处在同一直线上。
侧壁11的外表面向外呈辐射状一体延伸形成若干V形鳍片100,这些鳍片100沿侧壁11的圆周方向均匀地分布在侧壁11的外表面上。每一鳍片100从侧壁11的外表面向外分叉形成一第一部分100a及一第二部分100b,该第一、第二部分100a、100b整体呈楔形,其截面的宽度W自侧壁11的底端向顶端逐渐增大。每一鳍片100的第一、第二部分100a、100b于侧壁11的底端呈相连状,于侧壁11的顶端呈分离状。这种外部分叉的鳍片设计可以充分利用远离侧壁11的外侧空间。而现有的辐射延伸的片状鳍片,当鳍片沿径向向外辐射延伸时,鳍片之间的距离逐渐增大,致使远离侧壁的外侧空间未得到充分利用,使热交换面积受到限制。本发明的V形鳍片100,相对于片状鳍片其鳍片的分布更加均匀合理,有效的利用了空间,增加了鳍片的热交换面积,从而在不增大灯座10所占空间的情况下,可明显增大散热面积,提高灯座10的散热性能。灯座10的底端外表面上形成两个对称设置的圆孔101。
灯头20由塑料制成。为配合灯座10,灯头20内表面对称设置有两个圆柱形卡条201,这两个卡条201用来与灯座10下端的圆孔101相卡合以将灯头20与灯座10连接在一起。灯头20上插有两根条形电极202,该两电极202可于灯头20成型时一体固定于灯头20上,从而防止电极202由于安装不稳而导致接触不良。
本实施例中发光二极管30为单个发光二极管,实际上该发光二极管灯具也可以整合多个发光二极管。该发光二极管30设置在灯座10的基台102上的凸块107上,可用锡焊或者点胶的形式固定。发光二极管30通过打线或覆晶的方式电连接于电路板40上。该电路板40中央形成供发光二极管30穿设的穿孔,该电路板40置于灯座10的基台102上并环设于基台102的凸块107周围,该电路板40对应通孔103、104形成有两通孔(未标示)。
固定架50用于将电路板40及发光二极管30固定于灯座10上。固定架50呈圆筒状,其顶端开口,底面置于电路板40上。底面的中央设一对应发光二极管30及电路板40穿孔的开孔(未标示),以供发光二极管30穿设。底面对应基台102的通孔103、104位置处向下延伸形成两个扣柱501(请参图5),扣柱501中间开有槽,将扣柱501分成两部分,每一部分的末端向外略微凸出形成扣钩,并且扣钩的直径略大于通孔103、104的直径。挤压扣钩末端可使槽的间隙变小,扣钩变形从而能使扣柱501通过通孔103、104。这些扣柱501穿过基台102上的通孔103、104恢复形变后,与基台102的下表面相卡扣,从而将电路板40及发光二极管30锁固在基台102上。固定架50的圆环形侧壁上向内形成两个对称设置的定位穴502,这些定位穴502用来与灯座10内壁上的定位块109相配合,从而在圆周方向上将固定架50定位防止其转动。
反光杯60系置于灯座10内。该反光杯60包括一个碗状的反射面,用来反射发光二极管30发出的光线。反光杯60于碗状反射面的顶缘向下竖直弯折形成一圆环状的外侧壁,该外侧壁的底端对称设置有两个扣钩602,这两个扣钩602扣在固定架50的侧壁上的两个定位穴502内,从而将反光杯60固定于固定架50上。灯罩70为透明材料制成,罩设在反光杯60上,用于保护该发光二极管30,发光二极管30发出的光可通过灯罩70发射出去。
请参考图5,组装时发光二极管30通过点胶或者锡焊的方式固定在灯座10的基台102上的凸块107上,并且与电路板40电性连接。固定架50上的两个扣柱501通过电路板40上的通孔以及基台102上的通孔103、104将电路板40锁固在基台102上,并进一步固定发光二极管30。反光杯60上的扣钩602扣在固定架50的侧壁上的两个定位穴502内,从而将反光杯60固定在固定架50上。灯罩70套设在反光杯60上。灯头20上的两个卡条201卡扣在灯座10底端外表面上的两个圆孔101内,从而将灯头20与灯座10固定连接在一起。灯头20上的电极202通过两导线203与电路板40及发光二极管30电性连接。导线203可穿过基台102上的通孔105、106与电路板40电性连接。
该发光二极管灯具将发光二极管30与灯座10直接热连接,并以灯座10作为散热器,能有效提高其传热效能。且灯座10上形成V形的鳍片100,与普通的鳍片相比,明显增大了散热面积,因而能有效提高其散热效能,使鳍片100兼具造型与散热两种特性。同时,将散热元件与发光二极管模组化,使该发光二极管灯具成为即插即用的装置。
上述实施例中的鳍片100从灯座10的侧壁11向外分叉而呈V形,实际上鳍片100的向外分支形状并不限于此种情形,如鳍片100还可以从灯座10的侧壁11向外延伸一定距离后再分叉形成Y形。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括至少一发光二极管、一用于安装该发光二极管的灯座及置于该灯座内且与该发光二极管电性连接的一电路板,其特征在于:该灯座截面呈U形,包括一基台及连接基台的一侧壁,所述发光二极管安装于基台上,该灯座的侧壁向外延伸形成若干鳍片,每一鳍片从侧壁的外表面向外分叉形成若干分支。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一鳍片与灯座一体成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一鳍片呈V形或者Y形。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一鳍片包括第一部分与第二部分,该第一部分与第二部分于侧壁的一端相连,而于侧壁的另一端相分离。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一鳍片的第一、第二部分的截面宽度由侧壁的一端向另一端逐渐增大。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括置于灯座内且置于电路板上的固定架,固定架底面上延伸形成若干扣柱,基台上与电路板上均形成对应扣柱的若干通孔,固定架上的扣柱通过对应的通孔钩扣于基台上从而将电路板固定在基台上。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:灯座内沿圆周方向形成若干定位块,固定架上形成若干定位穴,固定架通过定位穴与定位块相配合从而在圆周方向上定位。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括设置在灯座内固定架上的反光杯,该反光杯上于对应固定架上的定位穴处形成若干扣钩,这些扣钩扣在定位穴内从而将反光杯固定在固定架上。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括灯头,该灯头上设有两电极,该电极与电路板电性连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯头上设有若干卡条,所述灯座的侧壁的外表面上对应设置有若干圆孔,这些卡条卡设在圆孔内从而将灯座与灯头固定连接在一起。
