Claims (2)
1. Uređaj za rasvjetu, koje sadrži:
vanjsko kućište (1) koje je termički i električni provodljivi;
paket sa svjetlećom diodom „LED“ je smješten unutar vanjskog kućišta (1), navedena svjetleća dioda „LED“ sadrži:
supstrat;
svjetleću diodu„LED“ (5) na supstratu;
prvi električnu provodnu podlogu (6);
drugi električnu provodnu podlogu (7); i
termičku podlogu konfiguriranu za uklanjanje topline svjetleće diode „LED“ (5) prema do izvan „LED“ paketa;
pri čemu su prva i druga električno provodljiva podloge konfigurirane da osiguraju napajanje da bi osigurale da LED emitira svjetlost;
pri čemu su prva i druga električno provodljive podloge (6; 7) i toplinska podloga smještene na stražnjoj površini podloge nasuprot prednje površine paketa „LED“ svjetleće diode; i
termički i električno provodan sklop (200) rashladnog tijela koji se nalazi unutar i u termičkom i električnom kontaktu s vanjskim kućištem, navedeni sklop (200) rashladnog tijela topline sadrži:
vanjski električni provodni element koji je termički provodljiv i nalazi se unutar i u termičkom je i električnom kontaktu s vanjskim kućištem;
jezgra elektroizolacijskog materijala koje se nalazi unutar šupljine formirane u vanjskom električno provodnom elementu; i
drugi električno provodni element koji je postavljen i električno izoliran iz vanjskog električno provodnog elementa pomoću jezgre;
pri čemu su prva električno provodna podloga (6) i termička podloga toplotno i električno spojene na prvu gornju površinu električno provodnog elementa bez upotrebe štampane ploče i druga električno provodna podloga (7) je električno spojena na drugi električno provodan element, pri čemu taj aparat za osvjetljenje obuhvata bljeskalicu i spoljnje kućište napravljeno od cijevi (1) bljeskalice.
2. Uređaj za rasvjetu sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su prva električno provodljiva podloga (6) i termička podloga lemljena na prvu gornju površinu i drugi element električno provodljive podloge (7) je lemljen na drugu gornju površinu.
