Abstract
Se proveen un aparato y un método de fabricacion de un cuerpo absorbente capaces de reducir los efectos del aire externo que ingresa al conducto 31 sobre la dispersion uniforme de un polímero superabsorbente 5. Un aparato de fabricacion 10 de un cuerpo absorbente 1 incluye una matriz de conformacion concava 21 formada sobre una cara predeterminada 20a de un elemento predeterminado 20, que se desplaza en una direccion a lo largo de una trayectoria de desplazamiento a lo largo de la cara predeterminada 20a; un conducto 31 dispuesto en una posicion predeterminada en la trayectoria de desplazamiento, descarga un gas 3 que incluye fibras absorbentes de fluidos 2 desde una seccion de apertura 31a hacia la cara predeterminada 20a; y un elemento de moldeo de polímero 38 dispuesto dentro del conducto 31 moldea un polímero superabsorbente 5 desde una abertura de moldeo 38a hacia un área central Ac de la seccion de apertura 31a en una direccion a lo largo de la trayectoria de desplazamiento, en tanto cuando la matriz de conformacion 21 supera la posicion del conducto 31, por accion del gas 3 absorbido por los orificios de admision de aire en una seccion inferior de la matriz de conformacion 21, las fibras absorbentes de fluidos 2 y el polímero superabsorbente 5 en el gas 3 se apilan en la matriz de conformacion 21 para formar un cuerpo absorbente 1, la presion de aire dentro del conducto 31 es inferior a la presion de aire fuera del conducto 31 dado que el gas 3 es absorbido por la seccion inferior de la matriz de conformacion 21, mientras que una seccion de pared interna de conducto 41 está dentro del conducto 31 y se dispone hacia una cara de pared interna 33a de una seccion de pared 33 del conducto 31 con un espaciado entre ellas, la seccion de pared 33 posee un espacio G entre la cara predeterminada 20a y la seccion de apertura 31a del conducto 31, y el aire externo ingresa al conducto 31 a lo largo de la trayectoria de desplazamiento por el espacio G, y la seccion de pared interna de conducto 41 limita el ingreso de aire externo al conducto 31 por el espacio G en direccion al área central Ac del conducto 31.
