Abstract

Un horno de reciclaje para el procedimiento de materiale potencialmente explosivos que contienen metales preciosos con componentes orgánicos que queman con liberacion de gran cantidad de energía tiene conforme a la invencion un dispositivo de transferencia para el funcionamiento alternado de la cámara de combustion del horno entre A) Pirolisis bajo gas inerte en una atmosfera que contiene como máximo 6% en peso de oxígeno, y B) Combustion oxidante de los componentes orgánicos, incluso carbono, teniendo el horno calefaccion indirecta y un control capaz de determinar a través de un sensor, particularmente un sensor de presion, el fin de la pirolisis, controlando la transferencia de modo e alimentar aire u oxígeno a la cámara del horno al final de la pirolisis. Las etapas A y B se llevan a cabo en forma sucesiva en una cámara de horno con calefaccion indirecta, sin cambiar cargas como máximo y controlando el fin de la pirolisis, y después de verificar el fin de la pirolisis del material de reciclaje se realiza la etapa B por alimentacion de aire u oxígeno directamente a continuacion de la pirolisis. Se controla la alimentacion dosificada de sustancias líquidas o licuadas durante la pirolisis en funcion de al menos uno de los parámetros de la combustion posterior, particularmente un sensor de temperatura. Conforme a la invencion se usa una combustion térmica posterior para dos cámaras de horno, una de las cuales se opera en modo de pirolisis y la otra como cámara de combustion.
