Abstract

上記加熱処理装置において、前記第1のスクリューコンベアは右回転を行い、前記第2のスクリューコンベアは左回転を行い、処理原料の投入側から排出側に向けて平面視した場合に、前記第2のスクリューコンベアは前記第1のスクリューコンベアの右側に配置され、前記第1のノズル配管は前記第1のスクリューコンベアの左側方に配置され、前記第2のノズル配管は前記第2のスクリューコンベアの右側方に配置されるように構成することができる。
上記加熱処理装置において、前記第1のノズル配管は前記第1のスクリューコンベアの左上側に配置され、前記第2のノズル配管は前記第2のスクリューコンベアの右上側に配置され、前記第1のノズル配管および前記第2のノズル配管は、前記高温ガスを噴出するためのノズルまたは孔である複数の噴出部を有し、前記複数の噴出部は、下方または下側方に向けて高温ガスを噴射するように構成することができる。
上記加熱処理装置において、前記高温ガスは過熱蒸気であるように構成することができる。
