Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Proceso de granulacion en lecho fluido de una sustancia predeterminada que comprende las etapas de: formar, mediante un flujo de aire de fluidificacion de un caudal predeterminado, un lecho fluido de gránulos de dicha sustancia a ser granulada, alimentada al mismo en forma de semillas; alimentar dicho lecho fluido con un flujo continuo de una sustancia de crecimiento; caracterizado en que comprende las etapas de: inducir la formacion de un movimiento circulatorio, con sustancialmente la forma de vortice, de dichos gránulos de la sustancia a ser granulada en dicho lecho fluido y mediante al menos una parte de dicho flujo de aire de fluidificacion; y mantener y regular dicho movimiento circulatorio mediante dicha parte del flujo de aire de fluidificacion. Reivindicacion 9: Granulador en lecho fluido que comprende un contenedor sustancialmente paralelepípedo (2), equipado con un fondo perforado (3) comprendido entre dos paredes de costado largas opuestas (4, 5) y paredes de costado cortas opuestas (6, 7), caracterizado en que dicho fondo (3) está equipado con orificios (11) distribuidos en dicho fondo (3) con densidad o espaciado creciente comenzando desde una pared (4) del contenedor (2) hacia una pared opuesta (5) del contenedor mismo.
