Abstract

Una tableta rápidamente desintegrable para la administracion oral, con eficacia como laxante, que comprende: a) gránulos que tienen un componente intragranular que comprende metilcelulosa de una viscosidad de mayor 1000 centipoise como unico ingrediente activo; y un diluyente seleccionado a partir del grupo formado por celulosa microcristalina, almidon de maíz, almidon pregelatinizado, y mezclas de los mismos; o b) un componente intragranular que comprende metilcelulosa que tiene una viscosidad de mayor 3000 centipoise como unico ingrediente activo, celulosa microcristalina, glicolato de almidon sodico, Povidona, y un componente extragranular que comprende lauril sulfato de sodio y estearato de magnesio; o c) un componente intragranular que comprende metilcelulosa que tiene una viscosidad de mayor 3000 centipoise, celulosa microcristalina, glicolato de almidon sodico, y un componente extragranular que comprende lauril sulfato de sodio y estearato de magnesio.
